Tracy Bihary

Tracy Bihary is the new Executive Director of Serentiy Retreat! Originally born and raised in the United Kingdom, Tracy now lives in the Houston area with her husband Dwane and youngest daughter Gwen, having raised their blended family of five children and loving on their three amazing grandchildren. Tracy earned her double BSc in Organizational Innovation and Business Management, and her Masters in Project Management from the University of Phoenix where she graduated all three programs magna cum laude.

Tracy has worked in both for profit and Christian non-profit organizations where she uses her love of Lean Six Sigma to streamline workflows and create process improvement. She is also the author of ‘Chocolate Cake in Heaven’ that accounts her journey through abortion and Post Abortive Syndrome to finding peace and forgiveness through the love and forgiveness of Jesus.
