Eric was born and raised in Houston, TX and graduated from University of Houston with a B.S. in Psychology and a B.A. in Religious Studies. In college, he played club rugby and volunteered for Young Life. 

He is currently on staff with Young Life at Texas Southern University (TSU), a historically black university. Jesus and TSU have Eric’s heart and it gives him great joy to work with Young Life and give back to his community.

In his free time, he enjoys reading, visiting museums, and playing golf. Eric is also an avid college football fan and “foodie.”
