Becky Moorman

Becky Moorman joined the Advisory Council in 2022 after serving on the Board of Directors for Serenity Retreat for six years.  She serves as an active prayer mentor at the Serenity Retreat Bellville location and has personally witnessed the transformation of lives by the power of Christ Jesus through Serenity Retreat. 

Becky graduated from the University of Texas with a B.S. in nursing. She has been an ICU nurse working first in Austin and then her home town of Brenham, Texas, and has worked in staff development. She considered it a major blessing to be home with her children while they were growing up.

Becky and her husband, Rob, have been married for 40 years and have six grown children. She is a member of Grace Community Fellowship of Brenham where she has served in various children and adult ministries, and currently leads Transformation Prayer Ministry at the church.
